Cookie policy
Last updated:
1. What cookies are
Small files a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit.
2. How we ask for consent
On your first visit, we show a notice where you can accept, reject or configure cookies by category. Until you choose, only essential cookies are used. Google Analytics receives only basic anonymous signals, with no cookies or identifiers (page, approximate time and device type), which it uses only for aggregate statistical modeling. If you accept analytics, the cookies in the table are used. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
3. Cookies we use
| Cookie | Provider | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
cdtcom_consent | CDTCOM (first-party) | Essential | Stores your cookie choice | 6 months |
_ga | Google (Google Analytics) | Analytics | Tells visitors apart with a random identifier | 2 years |
_ga_S2Q9PTTV5G | Google (Google Analytics) | Analytics | Keeps session state | 2 years |
| Google cookies | Google (Maps) | Functional | Embedded map, only after you accept functional cookies | Set by Google; see Google's cookie policy |
No analytics cookie is set unless you accept.
Google Tag Manager, which loads analytics, does not set cookies of its own. We currently use no advertising cookies; if we add any, we will update this policy and ask for your consent again.
4. Third-party cookies
Google's cookies are governed by its own policy: policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-spam check needed to keep the site secure. In this configuration Turnstile sets no cookies on cdtcom.com, so it does not depend on your consent.
5. Disabling cookies in your browser
Besides the settings panel, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). If you block essential cookies, the cookie notice may reappear.
